The hotel itself is lovely and very well presented. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms and restaurants were above expectation. The hotel has great potential and I would be happy to stay again.

Lovely stay at the Grosvenor pulford. Ate in palm court restaurant for evening meal which was so nice. Food, drinks and entertainment was spot on. Fella playing on a piano singing which made the environment so relaxed. Rooms lovely and cosy. Staff welcoming. Lovely spa and we booked a massage treatment. Breakfast was great too.

Stayed as a group of 3 to celebrate a birthday. Our room was very spacious with a double bed, a sofa bed and a single bed. Hotel slippers and robes for us all were provided but be aware of the cost if you lose or take the robes. They're not cheap! Tea / coffee/ hot choc, biscuits in room. Swimming pool was good, bit chilly but the hot tub was lovely. We went down on the Saturday evening before going out so it wasn't busy. My friend went down the following morning and said it was much busier. Pub and restaurant on site and the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice. I asked and was given Gluten Free toast which they prepared in the kitchen and bought out for me. Friendly staff. Entrance hall to the hotel is very nice and spacious but there's a lot of dust in places. Would come back I think if the price was right. We got a good deal, which was no more than what we've paid for at standard B&B's. Free wifi in the hotel. A lovely hotel and would recommend to others, only a short distance from Chester city centre. We had a great time :)

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who always go above and beyond. We were left birthday cakes and a card and complimentary upgraded on our room. This just made our stay 10x better! We love this hotel and have visited 8 times in the last 2 years. The spa is amazing very clean and great facilities.

Good breakfast. Lovely gardens. Good spa, though pricey. Great oriental garden accessible from spa. Helpful staff. Good food on the whole. The aperitif/ coffee tables in the à la carte restaurant.

The staff were incredible. From reception staff, the waiting staff and those working in the spa, and from our first interactions via email until we left, everyone’s focus was on helping us have the best experience. Thank you all so much. The hotel feels luxurious and certainly a higher class than the price belied.

Dog friendly bar, bar was very nicely decorated. All areas around the hotel were very nice. Son used pool which again was very good. Room 22 was very spacious, luxurious, recently refurbished and bathroom was lovely. Staff were very friendly, we had an issue with noise in room and were very helpful in moving room.

We booked to enjoy the spa/ leisure facilities. Reception area was lovely and palm court was beautiful to look at. Room are nice and clean-bed was huge Spa treatment makes me want to go back and I really recommend the back massage by Lynsey. The actually pool & jacuzzi area is a little dated but still nice. We relaxed in the spa gardens with a cocktail. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. I will definitely go back Ate at Nelson’s for lunch and it was lovely.

Check in easy and online before arrival. Free and plentiful parking. Room was quiet and beautifully decorated, bathroom has a tv at the end of the bath, in all very luxurious. Free use of pool (which was wonderfully warm) sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Spa gardens are a delightful place to chill out with a glass of wine ( great options) watch the Koi, listen to the waterfalls - so relaxing. All the staff are so eager to please. Bathrobes, slippers etc in the room. As usual the food is of an exceptional standard and very reasonably priced. Should definitely be 5 stats. Our 4th stay and we will be back. Excellent value for money on a bed, breakfast and evening meal deal. Room 67 !!!!!!!🥰 nearly forgot they have beautiful gardens, with fountain and seating areas
